Long Abstract
:

This study is focusing on the example of how civil society institutions by enhancing education can play significate role in integrating different social- economic migrants into society. The study describes how Regional Public Organization Noor (RPO Noor) supports Tajik labor migrants and their families successfully integrate into Russian society. The study incorporated case study method to analyze the impact of education in the process of integration. The organisation plays an important role in the integrating of newly arrived migrants from the Republic of Tajikistan into Russian society through the Education Committee of PRO Noor. The committee implements several projects that targets all age groups. As for children, the committee implements programs such as Play and Develop from 3 to 5, and for the age group 5 to 7 the committee organize a programme which prepares children into schools. For junior and senior school children, the committee organize a preparatory courses for the exams. In addition, RPO Noor conducts summer training camps in Russia for students aged of 13-16. The programme of the camp is aimed to assist youth to integrate into Russian society as well as to preserve their ethnic, religious and cultural identity. I argue that the successful integration process of the migrants into a new society crucially defines by the degree of their education. Unfortunately, the current education system in Tajikistan of is not up to the leave. Therefore, migrants and their children need additional support by civil society institution such as RPO Noor which can help them to enhance their education and successfully integrate into society.
