In this paper I analyze some artistic images designed by tseltal indigenous people that are displaced from their community in Banavil, Tenejapa, since the year 2011, in particular, a mural and a digital illustration, both made in a context of political violence and deterritorialization. Based on the testimonies that i have collected during the fieldwork, I describe their uses and meanings, exposing the way in which these visual creations integrate into the process of producing new agencies and building relations with broader activist groups.
