A Visual Photography Study of Urban Transformation in Bhubaneswar Smart City, India
Short Abstract
:
The study's relevance stems from expanding urbanization, an increase in the number of master plans, and a growing awareness of the need for an inclusive and participatory planning approach. The development of modern technology has resulted in the rise of smart cities, which attempt to offer their stakeholders technology-based solutions that are effective and efficient. While the purpose of smart cities is to enhance results related to people, systems, and processes of companies, government, and other public- and private-sector institutions, its primary goal is to improve the quality of life for all citizens. Bhubaneswar is a new tourism destination that has adopted a smart city platform to involve a variety of stakeholders. Through photographs, the goal of this study is to explore the transformation of Bhubaneswar's smart city that might enhance the tourism experience by giving more personalized products/services to fit each visitor's specific requirements and preferences.
