Sikh Community Consciousness on Abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir: Insight from Ethnographic Approach
Short Abstract
:
The Sikh communities are the most potential among others to contribute in the growth of this region. From the day of Maharaja Ranjit Singh through the partition of 1947 and the event of August 05, 2019, this community had major role in this region. Throughout, in our research work, I would like to accumulate the opinion of the Sikh community, people perceptions on particularly of abrogation of Article 370 and its different dimensions in this region.
Long Abstract
:

Present day, the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has two distinct regions like Jammu, Kashmir. There is immense potential for tourism from both domestic as well as international tourists. The Sikh communities are the most potential among others to contribute in the growth of this region. From the day of Maharaja Ranjit Singh through the partition of 1947 and the event of August 05, 2019, this community had major role in this region. Throughout, in our research work, I would like to accumulate the opinion of the Sikh community, people perceptions on particularly of abrogation of Article 370 and its different dimensions in this region. Here, the consciousness included political, societal and religious at large.
