Capability Deprivation of Tea Garden Workers in North-East Region in Bangladesh
Short Abstract
:
Tea garden workers are a marginalized community in Bangladesh who have been working in the tea industry for more then two hundred of years. They are actually breath of the tea industry but their survival conditions are not so well. They have been lead a miserable life still now. They are not in focus in sustainable development goal. In the globalized world they are to serve the human right they should be focused significantly.
Long Abstract
:

This is a qualitative study based on the objectives of searching the nature of capabilities and difficulties of voice raising capacity for gaining wellbeing of living strategiy. For gaining indepth information this study use  multi technique of data quariy strategies as participant observation, indepth interview, focused group discussion as well as key informat interview.Findings of this study revels that they workers of tea garden are living in a strategies of systemetic exploytation which lead them for their further capability diprivation.
