Abstract Title
:
Quantum Anthropology and the Dual nature of Socio-Cultural Reality
Short Abstract
:
The purpose of this research paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of quantum anthropology, its implications for anthropological research, and its potential implications for our understanding of empirical and non-empirical realities; collective consciousness and collective unconscious.
Long Abstract
:

The relationship between anthropology and physics is not a new one. The Newtonian physics and Einstein's theory of relativity may be related to positivism and cultural relativism relatively. As quantum mechanics advances physics, anthropologists cannot afford to be silent onlookers. The holistic study of humankind is the main goal of anthropology. It is a fact that human beings are composed of "energy" and "matter", and their activities, actions, beliefs, norms and thoughts are based on "information". Quantum mechanics deals with both observable (particle) and unobservable (wave) nature of matter, energy and information. This represents both empirical (observable) and non-empirical (unobservable) reality. Like emphasis of quantum physics on ‘observer effect’, the construction of socio-cultural reality is also based on the researcher's observations.

This synthesis of quantum physics and anthropology has developed into a new subfield, quantum anthropology. Quantum Anthropology is an anthropological perspective that understands socio-cultural reality while taking into account the quantum nature of reality. This requires the help of 'ontological anthropology', which is based on the notion that different worldviews are not simply different representations of the same world. It opens us to another form of reality. This emerging field has received a great deal of attention in recent years, offering new perspectives for understanding cultural practices, social structures, collective consciousness and even collective unconsciousness.

This research paper is based on content analysis of secondary sources and observations by the authors. This study uses heuristic search techniques to analyze research articles, books and YouTube lectures. The article concludes that quantum anthropological research may lead to an entirely new understanding of the duality of socio-cultural reality. By applying a quantum perspective to explore the nature of empirical and non-empirical reality, we can develop a differentiated and comprehensive understanding of the socio-cultural world around us.
