Sixiang song is rooted in sixiang river basin, and is closely related to people's life in sixiang river basin. The four rural songs are sung in various situations in daily life, and they are the emotional expression in the important life ceremony of people's life. Through the singing from generation to generation, the Sixiang songs embody its important social functions: the function of social integration, realizing the communication and integration among nations; the informal education for the villagers; the third is the function of social regulation, a kind of daily entertainment for the villagers.
